Comedian Axel Blake has been crowned the winner of Britain's Got Talent 2022 after a thrilling final that saw him beat out singer Tom Ball and ventriloquist Jamie Leahey.

The 33-year-old from West London took home the top prize of £250,000 and a spot on the Royal Variety Performance after impressing the judges and viewers alike with his hilarious routines.

Blake's win marks the first time a comedian has won the show since Lost Voice Guy in 2018.
